Similar to C-ACCELERATION in the scope of services, but with a focus on new non-profits who are not yet ready to join C-IMPACT’s Community of Practice.  Emphasis is on rapidly establishing a solid foundation in business strategy and management practices to prepare that organization for being strong contributors to multi-partner and multi-disciplinary work.

• Leadership Development – optimized training, professional development and leadership for non-profit staff and/or board members.
• Strategic Planning & Vision – develop organizational strategy, integrating board efforts and staff accomplishment for predictable outcomes and impact.
• Risk Management – manage risk through policy and procedures documentation, operational infrastructure, developed project management and related systems development.
• Outreach & Donor Relationships – expand technical skills and capabilities for enhanced content messaging and communications, outreach and donor support.
• Financial Documentation & Reporting – establish financial reporting documents and operations to optimize funding opportunities.
• Grant Writing & Research – provide grant writing and related research capabilities to support enduring sustainability
• Subject Expertise – C-IMPACT offers an array of experts across a broad swath of human service areas in subjects of education; physical, behavioral, and mental health; social services; systems of care for populations from young children to geriatrics, inclusive of many targeted vulnerable populations; economics and employment development; and how these systems intersect through ecological, cross-sector ways.
