In The Know

Your employee’s lives don’t start and stop when they are “on the clock.”  Their productivity is directly affected by their “outside of work” challenges and obstacles.  Employers that partner with other organizations that can provide the information and tools to successfully navigate those challenges have healthier and more focused employees.

In The Know is an information series that leverages the expertise of C-IMPACT’s cross-sector nonprofit members to share their knowledge and resources with audiences. Designed as a package ideally for businesses, public and private institutions, and other organizations to provide their employees and members in a lunch-and-learn format,

In the Know enables these entities to meet the holistic needs of their workforce and members by tapping into the catalogue of social needs C-IMPACT organizations represent. Engagements begin with a survey of the target audience that informs priority areas for that community, with recommendations made to organizational leadership as to which C-IMPACT members and specific training topics would best align to their audience’s requests. Offerings can be established on an individual or recurring monthly basis.
