C-IMPACT’s programs are focused on improving outcomes for people by advancing coordination across the different sectors of care in human services.
While our core expertise is in the Education sector, we look for opportunities to build interventions that incorporate Care (from early childhood to geriatric), Health (behavioral and physical), Employment, Social and Public services.
While the government will continue to manage services in a siloed manner by sector, we coordinate those services at the level of delivery. Member organizations contribute their specific expertise in a mosaic of services that collectively address the broad needs of the community, each contributing a “piece of the bigger puzzle.” C-IMPACT acts as the glue, providing leadership while building the intervention and the organizational structure to effectively manage the multi-partner work.
By working together, the group can accomplish more than any individual contributor would be able to do alone.

MECEC
The Maryland Early Care and Education Coalition (MECEC) is a multi-organization coalition structured around a collective impact model that is helping to address the State’s significant early care and education issues. C-IMPACT serves as the backbone organization, and provides management, coordination, support, and facilitation.
GREAT
Growing Ready Employees through Applied Training (GREAT) is an individualized work-based training program with potential employers where students ages 18-21 with developmental differences, typically autism and intellectual disabilities, are provided upfront intensive job coaching support that fades with the student’s demonstrated mastered independence, with a goal of preparing them for future independent employment.
In The Know
In The Know is an information series that leverages the expertise of C-IMPACT’s cross-sector nonprofit members to share their knowledge and resources with audiences. Designed as a package ideally for businesses, public and private institutions, and other organizations to provide their employees and members in a lunch-and-learn format.
