Free to join, we focus on connecting non-profits and affiliated organizations to join collaborative interventions and build capacity through partnerships, enabling all participants to improve their reach and achieve their missions.
- Building COMMUNITY – enabling the organizations to learn from one another, support each other, and grow a foundation of trust and positive interdependence to flip the competition mindset to a collaboration perspective.
- Promoting COORDINATION – helping the members of our Collaborative to see the explicit connectivity and alignment between their work, across sectors to break down the silos that plague human service systems, andwithin a given sector to serve more people more effectively.
- Growing CAPACITY – working together to compound the capabilities of assets, skills, and resources across the entirety of the Collaborative, as well as specificaly seeking out, pursuing, and then managing the implementation of new funding sources that enable multiple organizations to work together through collective impact.
- Forging CONNECTION – identifying points of intersection to each other, other organizations, and governmental entities that positions them more effectively to be partners while helping foster those relationships toward more coordinated service implementation models.

Research & Evaluation
C-IMPACT has a core expertise in research and experimental design and can provide program evaluation of grant funded programs.
C-ACCELERATION
Strong individual partners create stronger teams. Our specialty services are designed to be customized to the unique needs of each non-profit to prepare them to be strong contributors in collaborative work and to target their organization’s specific areas of growth.
C-RISING
Similar to C-ACCELERATION in the scope of services, but with a focus on new non-profits who are not yet ready to join C-IMPACT’s Community of Practice. Emphasis is on rapidly establishing a solid foundation in business strategy and management practices to prepare that organization for being strong contributors to multi-partner and multi-disciplinary work.
