Our Impact Goals
Contact UsBy applying our own expertise, collective impact models, and continuous quality improvement based on research we aim to achieve the following:
- Change service provider mindset from competitive and scarcity driven to collaborative and abundance driven
- Holistic individual wellness, development, and learning
- Nurtured and thriving people, families, and communities
- Remove ‘cliffs’ in human services from young children to adulthood by promoting continual, person-centric planning and practice
- Sustainable and continuously improving public policy initiatives
- Highly competent care and education provider workforce
- Equity of practice and resources in all human service systems and services
- Safe and healthy families, schools, and communities through integrated developmental health models; strengthened provision of resources and supports; early intervention; and promoting proactive vs. reactive strategies
Breaking down silos at all-levels
To accomplish this, our Theory of Change focuses on breaking down silos at all-levels and creating coordination and alignment across the entire human service ecosystem of education, physical and mental health, social services, employment, life-long care, and public services. We bring critical inputs, that improve the quality of programs and services at the micro level, in a coordinated and integrated level to effect macro changes, and that leads to people thriving. And as individuals thrive, so does society. And that is when we will all finally See Impact.
