C-IMPACT features two key business-models:
- Direct procurement of projects aligned to its mission of improving the micro and macro systems of human services that benefit children, families, vulnerable adults and communities.
- Coordinating mission aligned nonprofits into a collaboration model wherein those entities – “Member Organizations” – agree to share indirect costs and revenues generated as a result of the collaboration. Upon joining, they receive the benefits of shared leadership and operational infrastructure that enables them to scale their organization and obtain more funding while making a bigger impact on the populations they serve.
C-IMPACT raises revenues through the following methods:
- Grants and Contracts to support direct costs related to project/service implementation – this comes from international and domestic federal, state, and local government; charitable trusts; and other nonprofits
- Fee for service offerings
- Philanthropic support
