This is a well-accepted adage for raising children, helping people, accomplishing big and difficult tasks, yet ironically the very human service systems that we rely on for these supports often fail to adopt this approach. Instead, they are Under Resourced. Competitive. Uncoordinated. Siloed.

But it doesn’t have to be, and dramatic change is possible through the Power of “We.”
